Buscando una app simple y confiable

Hey gente, les cuento un poco. Hace unos meses decidí volver a apostar pero de forma más tranquila, solo por entretenimiento. El problema es que uso varias páginas y al final se vuelve un poco caótico, sobre todo desde el celular. Hoy encontré información sobre la jugabet chile app y parece que todo se puede hacer desde ahí de forma más simple. Me llamó la atención, pero no estoy seguro si realmente vale la pena descargarla o si es lo mismo que usar la web. ¿Alguien aquí la usa de forma regular? Me interesa saber si es estable, si funciona bien en partidos en vivo y si es cómoda para el día a día. Prefiero preguntar antes de cambiar.

No he dejado ni un solo día mi dieta y mi ejercicio, aparte de betinna corro ya 5km y un poco de gym. 2 semanas completas y ya veo excelentes resultados.

Hola excelente día; quiero coméntales que ya prácticamente llevo 2 semanas con el reto, no ha sido nada fácil pero con disciplina, tenacidad y constancia he avanzado, esta semana logré reducir un poco mas 2 kg.


Comparto mis tips:

Dejar el azucar en su totalidad y en todas sus modalidades: azucsr refinada, harinas, pan, dulces, tortillas etc.


Mis mejores aliados:

Vybes, revenue shake, revenvit, mlk, intens, my live par ami energía, ft elym Dtx t con Oxigen para mi mi hambre nerviosa, ft elym por t, ft elym pro caps, dg bran, belly T y las malteadas supliendo las cenas.

Rutina ejercicio: Todas las rutinas de Betinna, ya aguanto 5km empece con 2km, desde luego trotando, y un poco de pesas.

El desánimo tocando a mi puerta

El día de ayer me sentí triste sin ganas de hacer nada😞 por alguna razón desmotivada, el día de hoy fui a caminar con el,pensamiento de darme por vencida😔 pensando que si hago una milla todos los días sería suficiente ya que ante no hacía nada de ejercicio 😞 hoy no quería hacer la rutina porque me duele todo,el cuerpo🫣 pero sorpresa !!! Primera semana terminada!!!! Feliz de volver a activarme. Si bien hubo días en los que mi salud no me dejo continuar mis actividades normales del día por el desgaste del ejercicio no deje de hacerlo ni un día, Recordé una frase de una de mis mentoras. "Si no eres capaz de dominar tu cuerpo, no eres capaz de dominar el éxito". Así que a seguir ... Excelente fin de semana.

Debo decir que hoy me costo trabajo el equilibrio y si bien en un principio me molesto no poder hacer los ejercicios al 100% después agradecí el poder estar intentándolo, por que hace 2 años era impensable hacer un solo movimiento del que hoy hice. Si bien no me siento del todo bien, estoy feliz de volver a empezar...

Hoy toco tren superior... ya no recordaba como se sentí la quema de músculo, volver a tener esa sensación definitivamente es super rica y no es que sea masoquista jajaj sino que eso significa que hicimos el ejercicio correctamente.
